Hacienda Guzman Hojiblanca Family Reserve
The hojiblanca gets its name from the white underside of its leaf and is found mainly in the provinces of Malaga and Cordoba. Its olive tree is very resistant to adverse weather conditions and different soils, and thanks to them it is one of the varieties with the most hectares of cultivation in Spain.

The hojiblanca olive is rounded and medium-large in size and in Spain it is consumed both as a table olive and as its olive oil.

HG Reserva Familiar Hojiblanca oil is golden green in color and its flavor and aroma are characteristic, with a pleasant finish in the mouth and a slight spiciness.
