노르딕 내츄럴사가 오메가3에서는 최고라고 하더라구요. 하지만 타사이트에서는 비싼 가격에 망설였는데 마침 오플닷컴에서 우주 최저가 행사를 해서 싸게 구입을 했습니다. 오메가3를 대용량으로 섭취시에는 캡슐형태보다 액체형이 낫다고해서 사봤는데 티스푼으로 하루에 딱 한 번 5ml씩 섭취하니까 그리 불편한 줄 모르겠네요. 원래 액체형이 흡수율이 훨씬 좋지만 아무래도 먹기 귀찮은 면이 있잖아요. 그래도 캡슐형은 하루에 2~3번 챙겨먹는 번거로움이 있는 반면 액체형은 한 번만 섭취해도 고함량을 먹을 수 있어 이런 면에서는 간편하네요. 오메가3에 들어가는 생선이 신선할 수록 비린내가 나지 않는다던데 이건 비린내도 적을 뿐만 아니라 레몬향이 첨가되어있어서 그리 꺼리는 맛이 안납니다. 사실 생선기름을 액체로 먹는다하면 특유의 비린내때문에 망설이게 되잖아요. 걱정안하셔도 될 것 같습니다.
